The Friesian horses you see here are our Friesian gelding "Willem" with a colt and our Friesian stallion Gries Tjeerd.
These paintings where painted by the nationally recognized artist "Verdayle". Her passion for animals has enticed many private commissions including the "World Record Holder and Eclipse Award Winning" race horse "Chinook Pass", The Cheetah Conservation Fund-Namibia- S Africa.

"Magic Moment" was one of those commission pieces who became the most recognized and used image of Verdayle's work. The painting Magic Moment is still in Verdayle's collection and has traveled throughout the US at different galleries. Well know companies have purchased the printing rights of the painting.
That same year Verdayle painted for us our Friesian stallion Gries Tjeerd, Tjeerd's dam "Okjen" was imported from Holland, and she gave birth two months after she arrived in Washington state. "Okjen" passed away giving birth to the colt, which was raised with the bottle. Tjeerd was loved by many Friesian fans but nothing could top the bond Linda had with this stallion. After Verdayle met Tjeerd she fell in love and captured this very special stallion in this painting.
Tjeerd was painted again along with an Arabian and Andalusian stallion running in the snow.
